We are seeing cloud connectors reconnecting to our cloud. We will continue to monitor to make sure the issue is fully resolved.

Identified

The issue has been identified as a cellular issue. Our cellular provider has notified us about the issue and they are currently working on a fix.

We have identified a number of cloud connectors suddenly disconnecting from our services at 13:19 UTC. We are investigating the issue.
