On Wednesday, December 6th, 09:00-10:00 UTC, we will be performing a migration of our infrastructure to enhance our system’s performance and reliability. During the maintenance window, we will move our main Cloud Connector ingress domain, "ccon-manager.prod.disruptive-technologies.com", over to a new static IP "34.78.211.45". The switchover should be seamless, without any noticeable impact on the Cloud Connector.
We understand the essential role our services play in your day-to-day operations. This transition has been planned to minimize disruption, but we recommend you plan accordingly to mitigate any potential disruption to your activities.
